- Tenant checks and chooses a property to his/her liking in our English page and inquires about the property. In addition to this, the Tenant will also sit down with us and give us a description of their requirements which will enable us to give them the greatest possible market access and different options at the time.
- After inquiry, the tenant may choose to view the property with one of our agents and a viewing time will be arranged that suits all parties. Our agents are very professional and will assist in any way and answer any of your questions regarding the property such as an overview of the surrounding neighbourhood and explanation of the whole process.
- The tenant then submits an offer which will be reviewed by our company. Negotiating the contract usually takes place in this stage. Rest assured, our company will put in all the effort to meet and satisfy your needs.
- After an agreement has been reached, the company will help in filling the necessary documents and finalising the contract.
- Before the contract period commences, the company may assist the tenant in connecting various utilities such as water, internet, cable, satellite and TV options. Our agents make sure to document the current state of the property and fully explain the contract to the tenant.
